Menu for our Raw Vegan Italian dinner

Not on ordinary Italian menu for our november 14th raw vegan dinner ;)

MENU
Beetroot ravioli with thyme
Wilted radicchio friesh olive oil, “parmesan” crisp
Strangolapreti with spinach and chestnut meal, sage sauce
Butternut squash napoleon with poppy seed cream, chestnut honey
‘Petit fours’
